We have a robust accounting team who work closely with the property managers to ensure service charge arrears are kept to an absolute minimum, and budgets are stuck to.  All of our clients have their own individual service charge accounts, and our team send monthly reports to our clients with bank statements detailing every penny moved.  Our client’s individual service charge bank accounts are reconciled every 48 hours with our CRM system, and reports can be issued instantly whenever requested.
