Having worked within the property management industry for the past 20 years, our Director of Property, Chris Fitch, has worked with many leading luxury developers and established excellent relationships with high-profile clients within the super-prime property sector.
As a former Director of Property Management for several companies, including a highly respected Mayfair-based managing agent, Chris has a wealth of experience, having successfully managed over 530 clients throughout his career.
Over the past several years, Chris has been at the forefront of innovation through the use of emerging technologies and continues to develop prop-tech solutions for the benefit of our clients.

Lynne is a highly experienced Block and Estate Manager.
She has provided assistance to blocks of flats and housing estates across London and the South of England for over 14 years; giving her a great depth of knowledge.
She understands the need for the highest level of communication and goes above and beyond to accommodate client requests.
Lynne prides herself on building long-lasting relationships and trust with her clients, some of whom have stayed with her for the full 14 years.

Alice leads the Southwest region, focusing on building strong, trusted client relationships and ensuring exceptional service across all residential developments.
Alongside managing her own portfolio of residential blocks, she provides strategic oversight across the region, handling service charge budgeting, major works, compliance, and health and safety. Known for her ability to quickly grasp complex issues and adapt to evolving challenges, Alice delivers practical, effective solutions that consistently support clients and residents alike. She holds MTPI and CertCIH qualifications and is currently working towards AssocRICS, reflecting her commitment to professional growth, and maintaining the highest standards of property management.
